Positive Employee Relations Practices (PERP™)

A necessary element in maintaining positive, effective, innovative and union free environments is a management team with good interpersonal communications and problem solving/coaching skills.  Our (PERP™) Positive Employee Relations Practices provide the practical skills to enable your management team to handle day to day employee relations issues and build a positive work atmosphere.  It is an interactive practical program.  Using behavior modeling and skill practice techniques, it addresses REAL issues.

Where appropriate, we utilize professionally produced videos and training aids, which have proven effective, or produce products tailored to the workforce.

Supervisory training includes:

  • The National Labor Relations Act
  • Specific union awareness training
  • Card signing mitigation
  • Effective communication and advocacy strategies
  • Relevant case studies
  • Questions and answers about campaign
  • Business Literacy

Business Literacy

Employees who understand the business needs of an organization add more value to their organization. Supervisors and managers often do not have the information or understanding for effectively communicating the business needs to the employee in a proactive manner. To be effective, information must be discussed regularly at the point of impact with the opportunity for meaningful discussion.
